Can anyone get an IV or Injection?
The following restrictions apply to clients wanting IV Drips, IV Rockets or Injections:
- Must be between the ages of 18 to 70
- Do not have any serious medical conditions that would prevent you from receiving service
- Your condition has not reached a point where direct medical care is recommended.
- We can not treat anyone who is clinically intoxicated*
- We can not treat females more than 27 weeks pregnant
* Clinically intoxicated means slurring of words and/or walking unsteadily.
Is a nurse performing the IV services and Injections?
Absolutely. In fact, we only staff experienced ER Nurses to perform our IV services and injections to ensure the most professional and smoothest IV insertion possible. All IV services, Injections and Lab Draws are performed under the orders of a Board Certified Emergency Physician.
How long does an IV Drip take to complete?
Depending on the size of your veins (which determines what size IV we insert) the entire process from start to finish typically takes 20 to 40 minutes. Some infusions like NAD and High Dose Vitamin C take longer. If it is your first visit with us, and you have not filled out the new client forms using the link provided in your appointment confirmation email, plan to add 10 minutes to your visit to complete this paper work in the clinic.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Services requiring a nurse to perform (IV Drips, IV Rockets, Injections and Lab Draws) will require an appointment. For all other services (IR Sauna, Ionic Detox, LED Facial, Oxygen Bar, etc), while an appointment will insure you will receive your service(s), you can also try just walking in and if we have an opening we are happy to serve you. To make an appointment, you can call us (833) 455-4648 or Book Online
Will I see a doctor?
No, you will interact with one of our Experienced ER nurses for your treatment. Our Supervising MD does not work in town, which is why he will not be available for direct patient consults. All treatments are performed under his approved parameters and standing orders.
Does insurance cover any of your services?
No. Our treatments are considered ‘elective therapy’ so we do not bill any health insurance agencies for our services. Our treatment requires payment at time of service and we offer a variety of payment methods to meet your needs.
What type of infrared sauna do you have?
Our infrared sauna domes use FAR infrared. While a traditional sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body, an infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you. The appeal of saunas in general is that they cause reactions similar to those elicited by moderate exercise, such as vigorous sweating and increased heart rate. An infrared sauna produces these results at lower temperatures than does a regular sauna, which makes it accessible to people who can’t tolerate the heat of a conventional sauna.
How do I get my lab test results?
You have the option to have us mail them to you via USPS or you can have us email the results to you. Please be aware that most email servers are not HIPAA compliant and your personal information may be at risk if you request results by email. You can also come into our clinic and we will provide you with a printed copy of your results. If your results come back with a “critical alert value”, we will contact you directly so that the proper medical care can be sought.
How does the membership card work?
Our IVI Membership has a $99 yearly cost and will entitle the IVIP member to receive 20% OFF ALL ELIGIBLE SERVICES* (excludes NAD and High Dose Vitamin C Drips, Lab and DNA Testing). Discounts for IVIP membership is limited to the card member and can not be shared. You will not be able to use your discount for any Special Offers or Retail Purchases.
